The parking lot has a total of 140 parking stalls including the four ADA spaces. The Property is situated on the West Clay Street which functions as the frontage road for the Interstate 70, between the Harry S Truman Boulevard and Zumbehl Road interchanges.
The Hampton Inn Madison, originally built in 1998, is an interior corridor limited service hotel located on 5.07 acres along the Interstate 565. The Property was original built with 100 rooms but, an additional 40 rooms, predominately suites, were added in 2008. This addition coincided with the addition of a conference room, board room, a full kitchen, a wet bar and a cozy outdoor area with a fire pit.
